Due to the large number of attendees, we need to split meal times into two shifts to accommodate everyone in the hotel restaurant. The shifts are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Early Shift: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Breakfast – 08:00 – 09:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lunch – 12:00 – 13:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dinner – 17:30 – 19:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n Late Shift:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Breakfast – 9:30 – 10:30<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lunch – 13:15 – 14:15<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dinner – 19:30 – 21:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will need to choose one shift for the entire duration of the event. Please select your shift carefully, as you will not be able to change it later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We aim to grant all attendees their preferred meal shift based on a first come, first serve principle. Due to capacity limitations we will be forced to assign a different shift to some attendees. Thank you for understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Included in your ticket<\/strong>: Dinner on Friday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday.
